•Items will be sent via the service stated/purchased on your order.
•Deliveries may require a signature upon delivery at the supplied address ONLY - If no signature can be gained where needed, your parcel(s) may be returned after a period of time.
•If a signature is gained at time of delivery, you are confirming you have received the goods in a good order.
•If damage can be seen on the parcel, please sign as “unchecked” (This will enable a courier insurance claim to be raised for any damage).
•If items cannot be delivered to the supplied address, there will be a delay in you receiving your item.
•When an item on the 24hr service has been dispatched, we are unable to control the exact delivery date, however the service IS a next working day.
•Tracking numbers can be supplied upon request, once the item has been dispatched.
