RENVOI DES OBJETS UNIQUEMENT DANS LES 7 JOURS EN RECOMMANDE OBLIGATOIRE AVEC L'EMBALLAGE D'ORIGINE (IMPERATIF); frais de retour a la charge de l'acheteur. SEUL le montant de l'objet est remboursé, pas les frais de port.

L'objet doit m'être retourné strictement dans le même état que je l'ai envoyé. S'il a était abimé lors de l'envoi c'est la responsabilité de la poste et non la mienne qui ai en cause ; il faudra voir a ce moment la avec la poste si vous avez pris une assurance et non avec moi. Je ne suis pas responsable des dégats occasionné par la poste voir mon annonce et je ne pourrais reprendre l'objet s'il est abimé.

Dans le cas où un envoi recommandé arrive détérioré par le transport postal , l'acheteur doit le refuser auprès de son facteur , et le signaler immédiatement à la Poste et au vendeur : en effet il faut noter que si l'acheteur accepte un envoi détérioré , il n'y a plus aucun recours d'assurance de remboursement auprès de la Poste ( et le vendeur n'a pas à se substituer à cette assurance postale ) .

Le vendeur ne saurait être tenu responsable d'un délai inhabituel de livraison dû à une greve de la Poste ou autre évenement impondérable .

Seul les objets individuels sont repris, aucun lot (cartes postales, livres, buvards, pièces de monnaie etc) ne peut être retournés (afin d'éviter des échanges éventuels dans le lot)
