Ordered this as part of my mother’s Christmas Gifts (she’s a nurse, so thought this would be a nice gift for her) - Item didn’t arrive, despite being ordered in November. If a better shipping option was offered (Maybe DPD Next Day, Royal Mail Tracked 24, or 48) I would have happily paid this in order to receive the item. I left Neutral Feedback as I think a failing by the Postal Service is out of your control, however this should be a lesson for you to use a different carrier.
