Postage and Packing:

Postage:

Will be charged at the rates stated in the 'Postage, payment details section of the listing. We ship by Courier or Royal Mail using recorded delivery mail when appropriate, which offers up to £50 compensation for loss or damage.We would recommend that buyers of more expensive items take out postage insurance. This would mean using the Special Delivery service for those items over £40. We will dispatch all items within 3 working days, weekends and bank holidays excepted. If you require an item urgently please select royal mail 24hr delivery option.

In the event that a buyer is unavailable to sign for receipt of an item, couriers will usually leave a card detailing alternative delivery arrangements. Broken or damaged:

If you receive your item and it was broken or damaged in the post please contact us via eBay, within 2 days.

Not received the item:

If your item has not yet arrived you can check where it is by entering the tracking number on the either the couriers or the Royal Mail website. We always put the tracking number on the eBay and PayPal websites where appropriate to assist you. But please remember some items can take up to 10 days to arrive, at least that is what the Royal Mail say, so no claims before then, but please let us know after 7 days if it has not arrived.

Note: We security code the majority of our items for safety so don’t wash the item or remove any labels unless you are happy with the item.

Refunds:

We will give a full refund if the item is not as described. You must contact us via eBay within 2 days of receipt of the item. Refunds will not be given on any item where the security identifying marks or labels have been removed or washed off.
