Terms and conditions of the sale
DELIVERY -
We will endeavour to dispatch all items within 24 hours of receiving an order, providing full payment has been received and cleared. Please note this excludes Saturdays and Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Depending upon the speed of the Post in your area, please allow an approximate delivery time of 2 - 4 business days for both Royal Mail delivery and courier.
Bank Holidays, Industrial Action, Extreme weather conditions etc invariably cause the postal services to take longer to deliver. Whilst we sympathise, we are unable to control speed of delivery once posted.
 
NON RECEIPT OF ITEMS -If you have not received your item you must let us know within 14 days of the purchase date.
The Royal Mail always expect the buyer to check with their local delivery/collections office before claiming non receipt as postmen do not always leave the 'unable to deliver your item' cards.
Once we know you have not received your item, it will be investigated fully both by ourselves and the Royal Mail.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the investigation is complete.
Before the Royal Mail will accept a claim for an item lost in the post we have to allow them 15 BUSINESS days to deliver [this is a Royal Mail rule].
Unfortunately, once the order has been despatched it is then the responsibility of Royal Mail to deliver your item, and as much as we would like to resolve this for you we do have to allow them this timescale to deliver.
If you still haven't received your item by the 15th BUSINESS day, please contact us again via eBay and we will open an official case with the Royal Mail.
Royal Mail will then carry out checks and enquiries to establish that the item was posted with Royal Mail and the cause of the loss, or delay.
This may involve requesting additional documentation/information from both the sender and the recipient. Therefore you may be required to provide more information and sign Royal mail claim forms.
Please note we take all FRAUDULENT claims seriously and even though a claim may have been settled through the ebay resolution centre any suspicious claims will still be reported and investigated fully.
 
DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES -
We carefully inspect all stock before it is dispatched to ensure maximum quality control.
Damages and shortages should be reported to us within 48 hours.
If your goods have unfortunately been damaged in transit, we require that you please follow the procedure set out below:
Please inspect goods as soon as possible after receipt and notify us within 24 hours by ebay messages.
At this time a picture may be required for our inspection. After this we will then make a decision to offer replacement or full refund depending on the circumstances.
It is of the utmost importance that the items full packaging materials are kept for inspection.
If you discard the original packing materials and/or item you may not be entitled to a replacement or refund as this will be needed for any claim for damages by the Royal Mail.
You may be required to sign Royal mail/insurance claim forms.
 
RETURNS (Due To Change Of Mind, DSR)
Unfortunately brushes, hair accessories, colours, perms, bleaches and peroxides are non refundable due to health regulations.
If you cancel the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations you must return the goods to us at your own expense. The original postage costs will not be refunded.
All returns must be returned to us undamaged, unused, and well packed within 7 days.
You must take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the goods back and the goods are not damaged in transit. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping when items are being returned to us. It is up to you to ensure that the parcel arrives back with us safely and in good condition.
 
DISCLAIMER -
We make every effort to display our items as accurately as possible. Most products will have been described with sizes and dimensions and accurate colour options. However, please be aware that colours and images vary slightly due to the photo’s and also the monitor they are viewed on.

We can not be held responsible for the suitability of a product used on a person's hair.
We sell professional hair products, it is assumed that the buyer has a knowledge of the product before purchasing.
Refunds will not be given if the product turns out to be unsuitable for client's hair type.
With respect to product suitability, please consult your hairdresser for advice as we cannot give advice without physically seeing the hair.
Basically, if you are not sure how to use a product, we would prefer you not to buy.
