Before I purchased these, I asked them if the lights could be dimmed using the remote. ( #1 reason I bought them) I was told YES. VERY slow replies from customer service thru. Ebay. I was given a number to call and I did, 4 times. No answer. Horrible customer service!! ( NONE ) The brightness on these lights can not be lowered. Only the halo can be lowered. The videos on You Tube are unclear. Romper room style explanations..I was asked to send them back. They are on the Jeep already!
