Glass was broken on door. Trying to get pendulum bob on wooden connecting stick was impossible. Had to lift connecting stick- it came off suspension spring. Have spend the last 3 days trying to connect stick to suspension spring, unsuccessfully. Why can't pendulum already be connected to suspension spring when clock is bought? Very disappointed with this purchase.
