Delivery will not be refunded and a 20% fee will then be charged. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. Most of the items we offer with 24hr Free UK main land delivery. This service does not apply to Highland or N. Ireland deliveries those take extra few days then the standar UK delivery and and may subjected to extra courier cost depending the item size.
