**RETURNS**
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it unless agreed otherwise. It must also be in the original packaging.
 
If you have received a damaged or defective item, we reserve the right to request pictures if needed. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of a refund.
 
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase when requested.

**REFUNDS**

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

**EXCHANGES**
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@palmtrading.co.uk and send your item to 140 Halesowen Road, Cradley Heath, West Midlands, B64 5LP once authorised.
 
**SHIPPING**
To return your product, you should mail your product to 140 Halesowen Road, Cradley Heath, West Midlands, B64 5LP, once authorised.
 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Where an item is defective, we will either provide a label or reimburse a pre-agreed postage cost. If an item is claimed to be defective and is in fact not, the appropriate return postage charge will be deducted from your refund.
