I chose the monitor add-on, with my HP desktop purchase, and they sent me an off brand monitor I've never heard of. That's already an issue for me. However, in addition to the Unmatched brand monitor, there is a white line that continually blinks at the top of the monitor screen. I have enailed several times, and they're asking me all of these questions over AN EMAIL as though that's an effective way to troubleshoot. The last thing they asked me to do was to send them the model number, etc so
