As explained when you opened a case against us, it was a 3 day bank holiday (non working day weekend in the middle) and you cant go by eBay' estimated delivery times either (they are ebays not the seller on the ground) or time you actually paid on the day after last post, sent royal mail 2 nd class as per listing and delivered within 3 working days. So how's that the sellers fault and a neutral experience caused by us, Did we supply the part we advertised? thats what feedbacks for.
