Customer did not give us an opportunity to review and resolve this issue prior to leaving neutral feedback. They are unboxed and could have been damaged in shipping or slipped through our inspection. We have no way of knowing because customer did not contact us to express their concerns and dissatisfaction. We have reviewed remaining inventory and found none of the same damage as described by customer on pliers remaining in inventory.
