While it took awhile to be shipped, once it was it arrived quickly. I was buying cuttings and they absolutely were kept moist in transit. Extremely protective packaging. While the cuttings were stressed from being mailed, they are recovering nicely. Also, although I bought cuttings, they arrived with a few roots. I am pleased.
