I find this feedback interesting especially since we granted your return request, received it back, inspected it, packaged it for the next buyer who received it & had no issues with it. Seems the problem may be on your end with your installation methodology. We don't know what you were fitting this to & perhaps you were not fitting it to a South Bend 9 -who knows. Interestingly as well is that we have sold at least 75 of these without complaint of quality or performance. Maybe ur a competitor?
