    Ordered extra material for my cushions due to wastage on first batch, as marks on the material could not be cleaned and the seller was just ignoring my questions about how to clean the material! Had no choice but to order more to finish the final cushion as I didn’t want to have start them all again. Second order is NOT the same material and says fire retardant on the back, whereas the original material didn’t, so presumably the first order was wrong! Seller is still ignoring my messages.

    Material can’t be cleaned! I am not convinced the correct product was sent to me as an additional order since (as I ran out of material to make my cushions due to marks that couldn’t be removed), feels different and has fire retardant stated on the back where as this original order didn’t! I am now going to have to use damaged scraps of material from the original order to complete the final cushion. I have repeatedly contacted the seller and have still not had a response!
