Greater customer service, but item had a lot of flashing on it (extra plastic). Several windows were completely covered and I would need to have used a dremel to take it out. Xacto knife would not have worked, too thick. Pieces needed to be cleaned up before they could be put together. Seller needs to make sure the pieces are as they said they were in their description ready to be put together and painted..

Covered windows (flash) is part of the casting process and is there to protect pieces from damage just like when a plaster building is produced. This item IS AS DESCRIBED, IT IS A RESIN KIT AND THE BACK OF BUILDING AND SEPARATE BUILDING INTERIOR CLEARLY NEED SOME CLEANING AND SANDING IN ORDER TO GET A GOOD FINISH. Any modeler this side of Steve Wonder would see that. The painted and finished building in the photos clearly state they are for instructional purposes only.
