Ordered 4 quite big books. I presumed being called World of Books they would package them safely. Wrong. They put all four in a plastic bag and sent them! Unbelievable. Ever heard of a cardboard box? Not even sure this could be classed as VGC as packaging had split damaging the books. Cheap but not cheerful. I will not be using them again!
