Weirdly loose in the package, and had some smudges but eh, did the best I could and I got good results. (VERY CAREFULLY) cleaned what I could off the inner lens with alcohol, wiped the replacement glass thoroughly, and while a fragment —still— managed to make it into the adhesive, it’s a minor visual defect. Not something immediately noticeable through the camera or looking from outside, and it certainly doesn’t effect performance. Haven’t had issues since installed :)
