Item never arrived as it didn’t pass the inspection checks they carry out before dispatch and though this is disappointing I never received my Item, it’s nice to know that they have a thorough review of an item to make sure it is in a high quality condition and shows the level of service and quality in music magpies distribution of products. I was also issued a refund immediately. I can’t complain and can only say they did right in this unfortunate circumstance with great customer service.
