Your comment: It is supposed to be a 3.5 minutes hourglass, and it s not. It s 2.50 min only. I ordered this one specifically because the description said 3.5 min. This was a lie. Ebay Customer service had to step up when the seller didn t send the return label and didn t respond to messages asking for it. After two months of back and forth with Ebay Customer service, they agreed that nothing was done by the seller to resolve the issue. Ebay refunded the purchase. Not the seller.
