Tengo a precisare da buon napoletano alcuni dettagli: non mi sento di dare una valutazione negativa ma per ricevere un reale voto positivo siamo molto lontani. Consigli costruttivi: il casatiello risultava asciutto e gommoso, comunque la qualità era buona, avrei preferito pezzi più grossi invece questi erano invisibili. Non l'ho finito di mangiare ma sarà sicuramente difficile. Voto totale a mio parere : 6,5/10 da migliorare
