I have had problems with my postman not delivering tracked parcels, so the problem is more likely my end of the postal service. They were out of stock of the item I ordered and we are waiting for new stock to arrive. They will keep me notified as to when the next stock is here. So I cannot rate the product. Company is honest, reliable and helpful, I would shop again.
