For wallpaper or fabrics which are cut especially for you and particularly if it is a special order placed for you with suppliers please ensure you are familiar with the design and colour as return for not as expected will incure charges by the suppliers this is 30% value of order. Naturally if the product is faulty then there is no charge made. This is only if you have not requested sample etc prior to purchase as sometimes the designs and colours are different when you see the product if in doubt please contact for samples to be sent prior to purchase.
