Not so good I never got any communication as to when I could expect my item.. and even after I sent an email .. they never responded.. and then I opened my emails to see my money was refunded .. if they would have communicated as to what was going on .. but they didn’t just left it hanging.

Buyer was emailed tracking information when order shipped. The post office lost the package and buyer was refunded and we DID in fact send an email letting buyer know apparently the post office lost package and they were being refunded in full. We received a response from the buyer to that email, so unsure why buyer would say we never emailed.
