Didn’t dispatch but marked as if they had. Didn’t reply to emails. Refunded after a case opened, again with no contact. A very strange way of not doing business. I was happy to wait but after 11 days and zero contact they refunded the payment. Not recommended as they cannot be counted on.

Cannot trace any messages or emails from you. This was an error with stock colour inventory, shown in stock but wrong colour, automatically marked as despatched but held when error spotted. We informed you by message of this problem, had no response and cannot renew this colour from manufacturer for approx 6 weeks so refunded your order promptly. We are very responsive to emails and messages but if a problem we have a published telephone number at the bottom of each of our shop pages also.
