Absolutely superb quality, didn’t look at all pre-used. The book itself is better than expected and a wonderful way to get more balanced nutrition. The only downside is this is supposed to be 100% plant-based but a recipe asks for honey and this is an animal product, easily subbed but still disappointing to read. Overall definitely recommend book and seller 🙌
