These sneakers could not be sent immediately, due to remz7 being on holiday, but he gracefully offered the option of a refund, even though one was not originally offered in the listing. Keen to get the sneakers I declined and then what should have been a next-day delivery turned into a 10 day delay, during which Royal Mail tracking was quite misleading, but remz7 was patient and courteous all the way through. 5 stars.
