Ho comprato due sedie a distanza di un mese. In entrambi i casi ho avuto problemi. La prima volta la sedia è arrivata in una confezione non integra, mancavano viti, parti delle istruzioni, probabilmente un reso. Ho deciso di tenerla perché comunque sono riuscita a montarla. La seconda volta, dopo aver chiesto specificatamente di ricevere una confezione integra, mancava un pezzo di montaggio. La comunicazione con il venditore, molto gentile e disponibile, è stata comunque perfetta.

Purtroppo la confezione non era sigillata, mancavano le istruzioni e la sedia era stata evidentemente già montata e/o maneggiata (probabilmente una restituzione). Non l'ho restituita perché è stato possibile montarla e utilizzarla. Avrei preferito comunque ricevere un prodotto e una confezione perfettamente integra dato che non avevo acquistato un usato e che il prodotto l'ho pagato a prezzo pieno.
