SUPER NEGATIVE experience. I was excited to receive this lovely comforter & it arrived quickly but there were dead BUGS clearly visible in the sealed (never opened) zipper bag. I contacted the seller (including pics) who told me to send it back but no label arrived. I wanted to figure out a resolution & order a new comforter but the seller was SO SLOW in responding. They discovered I was in America & they offered me a partial refund but then they just stopped communicating. Rude & unfair.
