L’objet est arrivé détérioré alors que l’annonce le déclarait neuf et après avoir accepté le retour , le vendeur refuse de prendre les frais de retour à sa charge comme le prévoit la charte Amazon!

Comme indiqué dans l'annonce concernée, les frais de retour (si retour il doit y avoir) sont à la charge de l'acheteur (et jusqu'à preuve du contraire, nous ne sommes pas sur Amazon, mais sur eBay !)
L'acheteur n'a pas renvoyé l'objet (nous pouvons comprendre qu'il ne lui convienne pas), a été remboursé totalement, qui est "malhonnête" dans cette histoire ???
