In the description of this unit it states "Device comes with power cord and tested Kelvin cable." There were none provided. When I contacted the seller they said that there aren't any and that I should rely on the pictures instead of the description.

Regretfully, there was a misunderstanding with the buyer regarding the cable. It's the first negative feedback I've received in 5 years. Items sold depend on description and photos; if not shown, it's not included. Despite stating the cable wouldn't be included, there was a contradictory section added by mistake . The buyer's hasty negative feedback was unfortunate; I prioritize customer satisfaction and would have gladly offered resolutions, such as a partial refund or return. Thanks for Buyer
