We mentioned and described you several times that some packages, including yours, have gone on a Lufthansa flight and unfortunately, they have been delayed due to the strike of their employees, So the track numbers had been deactivated because of this delay. Finally all the parcels have been arrived at their destinations.
We apologized for this unwanted happening that was not our fault and totally out of our control.
