I messaged the seller and asked to cancel the order as it hadn't been shipped yet and I didn't think it would be that big of an issue. I originally made a mistake when reading the caption and thought I would be getting 12 dolls and not 2. Instead, my requests were denied, and when I tried to insist I was ignored. The dolls got shipped anyway a couple days later, and when the dolls did arrive, one of them was missing her shoes and the other was missing the pet they were supposed to come with.

Was in contact with buyer and buyer was supposed to choose which 2 dolls they wanted, that is why they had not been shipped yet. Buyer made an offer which was automatically accepted, not my fault that buyer failed to read the description. Buyer was informed that I was not willing to cancel the transaction and as per my listing if buyer does not choose dolls in 3 days ones will randomly be picked and shipped. All items were shipped, buyer is mad that I don't allow bids/offers to be canceled.

My listing clearly states Ships weekly not daily. I had not messaged back because I was actually very sick and I did respond once i was well enough and refunded buyer. Furthermore, this buyer had their MOTHER message me from another account with threats. Yes she was turned into ebay, unfortunately the buyer was still allowed to leave negative feedback. Plus, another item was purchased under a different name than buyer and mother but address was exactly the same. Immediately refunded that order.
