DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Bought a bed -BROKE IN A MONTH. Emailed them 5/9. Their response: Reall sorry to hear about that. I have forwarded your concern to my manager he will get back to you soon.
Emailed AGAIN 5/20 . GOT THIS FLIPPANT RESPONSE 5/24: It's not a platform bed. You were supposed to use a foundation or a bunky bed to support the mattress.We can send you the rails or a refund of $25 whatever you prefer.

It is a most common thing that all beds except a platform bed require a Foundation or a Bunky Board to support the mattress. If this is not known by the customer and claiming after damaged is a bad business, we although offer replacement Slats to replace what the pieces are damaged for free of cost!!
Let me know if these all words are not able to be posted on the reply of the feedback. I will revise it to shorter one.
