Hello! We offered a full refund and apology for postal mishandling and asked the buyer to send pictures. Buyer would not cooperate and claimed to have sent them several times to both email, the return case, and messages yet no such messages were ever received and their times provided did not match their own words, eBay confirmed no messages were sent either. Buyer then threatened to open a claim with their credit card and so was reported to eBay.

Item was delivered to the address provided with tracking within the listed delivery time, we communicated regularly with the buyer and never received any updates after delivery, yet buyer went on to claim item was never received for full refund which has resulted in an ongoing eBay case.
