Very disappointing paid too much money for Japanese brand which the large was way Too small and my hands are not big. Lost too much on this deal

First of all its an Authentic Item from Giant China not Japan.
Buyer had not reconfirm the sizing before purchase,
I lost item plus paid a compensation of over USD 16.00 to the buyer, who made a bigger lost overall?
At least the buyer can still recuperate lost by reselling the item that does not fit but of value and quality being new with tags.
