Una vez el concepto de la periferia pasa a considerarse como caduco, es posible reciclarlo y reutilizarlo, de modo que resolucion prepositiva alrededor de pase a ser una proposicion teorica que otorgue nuevos significados al concepto y que explore sus posibilidades.
