A refund does not make for a positive experience, it simply settles the mistake that was made by the seller in the first place. The bat that was sold was obviously cracked and splintered but not highlighted in the description. Oversight or not, it led to a less than ideal transaction, hence the Neutral selection, which I think is generous in this case.
