After cutting the hole for the starter (easy to do with a Dremel) it needed a little widening on the upper holes to fit (also easy to do), but otherwise fit great. The plastic is flexible and is nice quality especially for the price. The inclusion of the mounting hardware is a nice touch. Installed on a TH350 mounted to an Olds 403.
