Unfortunately, it had been jostled enough in shipped that it did not work: the needle didn't move. Consulting troubleshoot guide didn't help. The seller immediately refunded the full price, including sales tax. I mean immediately...a few minutes of when my request was submitted. Totally polite. Did not require the broken machine or any part of the machine back. Awesome!
