Additional charges not clearly stated anywhere prior to or at checkout. Good was not released by custom till an additional $375 was paid, which is more than 20% of the purchase price. I would not have made the purchase if i had known this, and for such an expensive used bag customer experience is very dissapointing with it not properly wrapped and squashed in a box, all out of shape.

Beautiful vintage bag. Had a bit of an odor, but cat deodorizer took it away. Cleaned up beautifully. Used tilly scarfs to cover worn handles and touched up the very small areas of chipped leather. This bag will last another lifetime. AND, I have never received an order from out of country this fast. Thank you
