Toy malfunctioned shortly after opening, despite looking like a new product. Was unable to make it work after it shut down. Daughter was crestfallen, since she bought this with her own money (saved for several weeks).

Buyer never reached out stating they had an issues. I would of been more then happy to assist. The toy was brand new still in packaging. Was tested several time via the press here button several times before being shipped and there were no problems what so ever.
