Disappointed cos I was counting on the green handle for the full effect. The only colors on the mug are the letters while the pic shows inside and the handle being green also. No chips or cracks but overall not worth the cost for it being so plain. Customer wanted to revise this feedback, but because it was left as positive feedback, they are unable. Here is the message I received from them wgen I asked if they would revise it: "I actually tried to last night and it wouldn’t let me remove, change, or add a new one. Are you possibly able to tell me how I would do it? I’m more than happy to revise it."

Considering MSI wanted $200 for a new one, I paid around $50 for this and was able to save some money. It was not overly dirty or scratched. It looked good! Definitely recommend this seller!
