The package was packed carefully so there was no worry about damage to the product and I've been using this keyboard for a few weeks now and everything works perfectly, including the battery. There are a few very minor, tiny scratches on the corners of the keyboard, but it works perfectly and doesn't really affect the overall cosmetic value of the item. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
