The picture in the ad is very deceiving. When I see the picture, it looks like the whole box is for sale…. Not just one item. I am very disappointed

No. The Item title is clear. The description is clear also. The box plainly shows that there are several items being sold; and the description said that. There was no good reason for this kind of negative feedback except poor reading skills and/or unfair competition with DJs; and they already told you about the former in the "Feedback".
