First time buyer. I purchased the bag and the seller provided a tracking number the same day. Was very excited because I am in Florida too which meant that I would get the bag in a couple of days tops. The seller never gave any package to USPS. Tracking shows as waiting for the package to be dropped off. I've reached out several times and no response. It's 20 days later and I asked eBay to step in. I just wanted the purse. I would have waited if there was some communication or explanation.
