I’d like to start by saying that I rarely leave feedback. This outfit deserves some praise. Recently I’ve been burned by some eBay transactions, so I’m a little gun shy. I may have been a little demanding on communication, and they came through! The delivery process was great. I had the mini ex within 7 days! The 2ton unit far exceeded their description. In reality they delivered a machine superior to the description. I would recommend 5 star to anyone! Rarely do you get this value these days.
