Item was sold as ‘ brand new in shrink wrap.’ Also described as ‘ New: A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item. ’ This was a lie. The album has clearly been opened and used. In fact, you can see scratches and grubby fingerprints on the vinyl. Why tell pure lies and sell a second hand item as new?Shameful.
