The circuit is fried

It worked perfectly before I listed it. I tried it out and there was nothing wrong with it. It was virtually new. It didn't smell "fried" or anything else. Pedals get fried when one uses the wrong voltage to power it. If that thing is fried it wasn't that way when it left here.
