I had to return the book to WOB as it was badly damaged in transit. It is not surprising as it was sent in a plastic bag. You only have to go online to see how badly packets are abused as they go through the sorting process. A recycled cardboard box would have prevented this. I am just happy that WOB pay for the return postage and make the return process very simple 👏
